SYNERGY Skill Advancement Training (SSAT) - NEW this Summer!!

NEW THIS SUMMER! Created specifically for the A or B level PeeWee, Bantam and Midget aged skaters that are serious about advancing to the next level. This program should be used as a way for dedicated hockey skaters to maintain, correct and improve upon thier existing skills, but also advance their skills to higher levels over the course of the summer months. Skaters can expect individual, and position specific training in small groups, with a 4:1 skater to coach ratio. Skaters will build confidence by repetitiously executing skill work in real game like situations.  All sessions at the St. Louis Ice Zone. Once enrolled, participants have the ability to hand-pick each preferred ice time through the enrollment software. The software will keep track of each lesson and enable participants to cancel and reschedule as needed as long as changes or cancellations are done 24+ hours in advance. No refunds or credits for missed sessions - no exceptions.

**PRE-REQUISITE: rising PeeWee, Bantam or Midget skater.

IMPORTANT PROGRAM NOTES: maximum of 24 skaters per ice time, so it's HIGHLY advised to schedule ALL of your 18 lessons within 48 hours of enrollment. If there are ice times that have no skaters enrolled, Synergy reserves the right to cancel the ice time, therefore reducing the number of available lesson times for you to choose from. You may cancel a scheduled lesson time up to 24 hours prior to the lesson and you may re-schedule a replacement lesson as long as you schedule it 24 hours prior to the new lesson time. Cancellations (or no-shows) less than 24 hours prior to lesson will be a forfeited lessons with no credit, refund or opportunity to reschedule. Summer Power Skating Program - MON & WED PM or TUE & THURS AM

For skaters of all ages and levels interested in maintaining and improving hockey skating techniques over the summer months. This program is powerful, fast-paced, high-intensity hockey skating instruction, only adding pucks where necessary. Players will increase speed, develop quickness & balance, and improve their technique, edge-work and power. Two (2) 45 minute sessions per week for 11 weeks (22 total ice times). Ratio of 4:1, skaters to coaches. This program is a great supplement to one of our week-long training camps - infact, there is a special price of $682 for this program IF you are participating in BOTH this AND a full day/5 day camp or one of our other summer lesson programs!! As a stand alone program, fee is $800.  All ice times are scheduled at the St. Louis Ice Zone.

Any missed or unused lesson are forfeited with no make-up opportunity. Skaters enrolled in the Monday/Wednesday afternoon program may NOT attend any of the Tuesday/Thursday sessions (and vise versa) as makeup opportunities. Contact our Synergy office for any clarification PRIOR to enrollment.

SYNERGY will schedule staff based on total number of skaters enrolled vs who we think will be in attendance. This means it is NOT necessary to notify SYNERGY if your skater will not be there - we consider this a drop-in style program - come when you can, as long as you're enrolled! We assume skaters will be out the weeks they are enrolled in one of our camps, and potenitially other weeks for vacations or other committments.
